SEC Zeroes in on Modernization in 2020

The US Securities and Exchange Commission was created in 1934 in the wake of the 1929 Wall Street crash and many of its rules from that period have largely stood the test of time. However, due to significant market changes, the SEC has recently been pushing for modernization.
